Resolving Major Incidents

To resolve a major incident, navigate to the web dashboard and select the cog symbol on the incident you would like to update and choose ‘Resolve’.

The following ‘Resolve’ screen will appear.

  • Resolution: Enter the resolution text.
  • Send Notifications: Tick this box if you would like the update to be sent as a notification. If this box is not ticked, it will show on the web dashboard only.
  • Only send to recipients that have not replied/not replied to a previous notification: Tick this box if you would like send an update to only the recipients that have either replied or not replied to a previous notification, using an Action Response.

Click ‘Resolve’.
