1. Log in to the system using your username and password.
2. Navigate to 'My Profile' page in the left bottom corner.
3. Click on 'Teams' in "Notify by' section
4. You'll be asked to link your accounts, click 'Verify'
5. Your browser will ask you how you'd like to open the link, select 'Open Microsoft Teams'
6. Chat window with Klaxon bot will open with a message already present on the screen
7. Press send, the bot will reply to you in a few seconds
8. Your account is now linked, if you go back to the website you should see a confirmation
* If the bot is not responding or chat not opening, this may mean that your company policies dissallow communication with the bot, please contact IT.
