Klaxon has a helpful product tour, that automatically runs the first time that you login to Klaxon. This can be accessed in the future at any point. In general, Klaxon does not require any additional training on top of this.
Klaxon is cloud-based meaning it does not rely on any of your internal systems. If there is a network outage you can continue to use Klaxon and select a communication channel that doesn't rely on your network. such as SMS, to communicate with your team.
You can also configure Klaxon to automatically select different communication channels if a particular subscription is unavailable. For example, if you have a subscription called Network, and you raise a major incident that impacts this subscription, Klaxon can automatically switch to using a channel that does not require the network, such as SMS.
Yes, we support single sign-on via OAUTH2 and SAML meaning we can integrate with most third-party identity platforms such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Okta. Please refer to our admin guide for further information about how to set-up the integration.
We support automated user/recipient onboarding and offboarding. This means your user/recipient accounts are automatically created and disabled depending on the status of your third party identity platform. This helps to save valuable time and improves your information security posture.
We also support synchronising key information with your identity platform such as email address, mobile number, location and group membership.
